Wow. What an experience!
I am still relishing in the warm glow of connection and growth generated from the recent "Wisdom for Empowered Living" group. From the first evening together, there was a sense of connection and unity in the room as well as collective appreciation for having a space to commune with women in a meaningful way.
We got to witness breakthroughs and milestones and experienced the jitteriness of trying on deeper levels of vulnerability as well as the relief and deepened intimacy on the other side of taking the risk.
The thing that most surprised me was that no one was ready for the series to end?! I thought, for sure, that folks would be eager to have their Wednesday evenings free again but 100% of the group expressed a wish to continue the work they'd begun. That says something!
So... it looks like the first group will be continuing the work via workshops and intensive weekend retreats in the near future. The women have even started a bookclub together, revisiting one of the powerful topics we explored "developing shame resilience."
I'm excited, more than ever, to share this work with more women! We'll be jumping in with both feet on May 3rd. Let me know if you are seeking a safe place to practice living with more awareness, intention, and empowerment. The work is highly experiential, lots of fun, and deeply connecting. Half way through the series, we'll enjoy a luxurious half day retreat filled with yoga, meditation, self-inquiry, and slowed down, intimate conversation. Contact me today if you are interested in joining.
I announced the group launch just this week and several have signed up already!
